   GRIHA PRAKASH:  
  Maximum loan of Rs.1 Crore with Life Insurance as collateral security
 
   NEW GRIHA LAKSHMI:  
  Loan available against liquid security such as Life Insurance Policy, NSC, or Fixed Deposits with Nationalised Banks without the need of income proof
 
   GRIHA VIKAS:  
  Loan available against First Mortgage of Self-Occupied Residential House / Flat of the Applicants for Personal / Business needs
 
   GRIHA SHOBHA:  
  For NRIs with a loan limit of Rs. 1 Crore. The repayment is subjected to RBI guidelines.

   GRIHA SUDHAR:  
  For repairs / renovation / improvements to houses flats. The maximum loan is Rs 10 lakhs.
 
   VACANT PLOT PURCHASE LOANS:  
  Upto Rs. 10 lakhs for plot site allotted by Govt. Agency / Housing Board / Development Authority
 
   GREEN CHANNEL:  
  For Medical Practitioners, Computer Engineers, CA's, Senior executives holding MBA degrees and who are not in salaried employment. Collateral security of LIC policy is required upto 50% of loan amount sanctioned.
 
   SAMPURNA GRIHA 'A' & 'B':  
  Sampurna Griha 'A' - Loans for consumer durables to fresh borrowers.
Sampurna Griha 'B' - Loans for consumer durables to existing borrowers.

   APNA OFFICE:  
  Loans to Registered Medical Practitioners, Architects, Engineers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Management Consultants for purchase / construction/ repairs / renovation / extension of Nursing Homes / Clinic / Diagnostic Centres / Office Premises / to be used by them for carrying on their profession.
 
   STEP-UP E.M.I. FACILITY:  
  Flexible mode of repayment of 15 year Term Loans where EMI is changed twice i.e. 6th year & 11th year, keeping in view the prospective increase in the income of borrowers.
