• Preparing a 'PERSONAL DATA FILE ', which will contain your Loan Application Form along with supporting documents like residence & income proof, guarantor's details etc.
• Fixing a Date of Personal Interview with an official of LIC Housing Finance Limited.
• Interacting with Builder/ Property Sellers on your behalf to obtain all the necessary documents.

  After satisfactory verification of the above mentioned file LICHFL will issue a Loan Offer Letter.

• Preparing a 'PROPERTY DOCUMENTS FILE' which will contain all the legal documents relating to property along with Registration Receipt of Sale Agreement, Receipt of Margin money etc.

  After satisfactory verification of the above mentioned file, Title verification & Inspection of Property by LICHFL you will be given Date of Disbursement of Loan.

• Active assistance in complying with all the necessary procedures & formalities for execution of Loan-Agreement & Agreement of Repayment of Loan (Salary Deduction / Post Dated Cheques)
